Shipping Info

For domestic orders, the shipping transit time is 1-5 business days based on your location. For international orders, the shipping transit time is 6-8 business days.  You will be emailed a USPS or UPS tracking number when we fulfill and ship your order. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and is based upon your location & order weight. Orders over $100 ship for free to addresses in the contiguous US only.

Sale Items

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, it must be made within 30 days of order date and you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. The Almanac Brand will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue to info@thealmanacbrand.com.

Returns

For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition. Please contact info@thealmanacbrand.com for all order and return inquiries. Return inquiries must be made within 5 business days of order receipt. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue.

Shipping is non-refundable. Packages returned to the Almanac Brand are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
